The love for food and for good things always distinguished us. We love food and this leads us to prepare every day good and genuine dishes for our guests... always respecting the best tradition of Romagna.
My grandmother used to say that “morning has gold in the mouth”: I think she was really right and for this reason the breakfast that I propose in hotel is rich, fragrant and colourful. In our buffet you find every morning cakes, tarts and biscuits, hot croissants just out of the oven to be filled according to your taste and then eggs, cold cuts and cheeses. Without forgetting the wellness corner, with yoghurt, cereals, honey, fresh fruit and in syrup, fruit juices, tea and herbal teas.
At lunch and dinner, you can choose between 3 entrées and 3 main courses. On our table you will find home-made pasta, fresh fish every day, the mythical Padina Romagnola, and rich buffets of cooked and raw vegetables, appetizers and delicious desserts.
We tell you a secret: in the preparation of every dish we always use the renowned sweet salt of Cervia, a small great pride of our land… famous and renowned all over the world!
